Tiburon Covenants and Restrictions.

A resident asked me to post the covenants and restrictions for the subdivision. Dave P. provided me with the document from three different dates; September 2001, June 2002, and August 2003. They are also for the three different phases of the subdivision - 1, 2 and 3 respectively.
I have managed to scan the most recent version and created a pdf file. To view the covenants and restrictions document from August 2003 (phase 3), click HERE.
Interestingly, the biggest difference between the documents is the inclusion of Article III Paragraph U on page 4 which deals with waiving the right to remonstrate against future annexation by the Town of St. John.
This paragraph was not included in the earlier versions.
